Sevenoaks’ Christmas Lights switch on “sleighed” this year, with in the region of 6,000 attendees!
Fortunately for all the “rein” stopped just in time which made the whole event much more enjoyable and no-one got too wet, whilst meeting such celebrities as Elsa, Anna & Olaf as well as Bluey himself! Not forgetting the man of the moment Father Christmas who was supported by his dancing elves in the grotto.
The main stage for the festivities was situated at the front of our Chandler’s Place development, providing an excellently located focal point on the high street for the Lights switch on, by Aladdin and his compatriots with the assistance of Sevenoaks’ Mayor, Tony Clayton.
The afternoon was serenaded along by plenty of live music including amongst others Amherst Primary School & The Granville School choirs.
A thoroughly jolly and very merry afternoon was had by all!
