In conjunction with our partners Broomleigh (Affinity Sutton) Purelake have secured planning permission to build eight apartments, consisting of two disabled units.
Five units for adults with learning disabilities and one unit for a resident Support Worker.
N.I.B.E units are standard in all apartments for mechanical ventilation, heating and hot water.
The development will attain code three (code for sustainable homes). Landscaped grounds and cycle sheds complete this project.
