Sevenoaks is underway!
Following the demolition works of the old Tesco building on the High Street, Purelake groundworks teams have begun excavations for the new building. We anticipate that this development will be ready for market at the end of 2025 into 2026.
This much needed housing stock will consist of luxury 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments there will also be the added benefit of 3 no. retail/commercial units within this impressive development.
