We negotiated and funded the Section 106 agreement for this scheme thereafter transferring the ownership onto our development partner, Hexagon Housing Association.
We have provided affordable homes at this development consisting of eleven apartments and three townhouses. A photo voltaic energy supply is one of a number of new and exciting developments that has been incorporated into the design and build of this scheme.
This will be the first project that Purelake and Hexagon have achieved Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Completed in March 2010 this contemporary design is a stunning addition to the current residential street scene.
