Purelake New Homes Ltd were absolutely thrilled to be crowned Winners of the 2015 LABC ‘Overall Developer of the Year Award’ at LABC ‘The Bricks’ award ceremony. This exclusive event took place at One Embankment in Central London on Thursday 15th October 2015.

Celebrating the best the house building industry has to offer, The Bricks is an award celebration recognising and rewarding the exceptional work of registered developers and contractors who go the extra mile, regardless of size, to deliver quality in construction and design.

Purelake also collected awards on the evening for ‘Commercial Development of the Year’ and Highly Commended award for ‘Multi-Storey Development of the Year’ for the landmark site at Christopher House, in Sidcup. A remarkable achievement for a landmark scheme.
Christopher House is a mixed development consisting of nine storeys. The development features 168no units constructed for Sidcup based Rose Bruford College for student accommodation. The college area also includes practice studios and conference space at the ground floor. Alongside the college accommodation Purelake have built a 109no bedroom Premier Inn Hotel featuring a restaurant and bar. The ground floor of the scheme also comprises two commercial units.
‘The Bricks’ event with over 3000 eligible sites, is an industry recognised event. It was a fantastic achievement for Purelake to not only have been shortlisted to one of the 30 finalists, but to have been crowned winners in three categories.
