After a lot of determination, effort and hard work by the Purelake team, we were delighted to launch our 52no apartments at Perigon Heights in Bromley this month. This year has proved a testing time for all and created additional obstacles not just in the construction industry. We have managed to overcome these difficulties at Perigon Heights and still launch the scheme on target in 2020. This was a great achievement and as a local developer this is a really special project for us and a landmark scheme for Bromley in the private rental sector.
At 17 storeys high, this is to date the tallest development we have constructed. We are delighted with the outcome!
