Sevenoaks’s skyline is changing!
As the demolition works progress at a pace in Sevenoaks the old familiar Tesco building is no more, changing the skyline of the High Street for evermore!
The demolition team are expected to have completed the clearance of the site by the end of this year. As we welcome in 2023, this much needed housing stock of luxury 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments will begin to rise from the cleared ground. We are keen to begin these much anticipated works and bring new life to the existing street scene. The scheme will also benefit from the new retail/commercial opportunities that this impressive development will offer.
