Brookhill, Woolwich
Following our previous successes Purelake and Hyde have teamed up again to bring Phase 1 of the Brookhill Estate regeneration in Woolwich, which will consist of 46 no. houses and 95 no. flats.
Following a close neighbourhood consultation with the local community, Brookhill will be transformed into a well considered high quality neighbourhood, with plenty of open landscaped spaces, an architecturally designed pedestrian route linking the development with the rest of the community. As well as communal gardens to each of the 6 low rise buildings housing flats.
As part of the regeneration there will be a total of 254 new homes in a mix of energy efficient flats, maisonettes and houses, with almost half being affordable housing. During consultations the community expressed a preference of houses over flats, therefore the heart of the development will have mews style streets with houses alongside flats and maisonettes.
Phase 1 is expected to be complete in late 2027.
